Brief introduction of the structure of the pit quenching furnace:
- The pit quenching furnace shell structure is made of a steel plate and a section steel.
- The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight energy-saving insulation brick, the furnace lining and the furnace shell are sandwiched with acid aluminum fiber blanket insulation, and the resistance wire is installed in the furnace with 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high resistance alloy wire or resistance tape.
- Firstly, it is arranged by the uniform temperature cloth method, and is divided into multi-zone and multi-stage design from top to bottom. Then, the microcomputer program process is used to control the heating rate, the holding temperature and the holding time of each section in each zone with high precision. The design is reasonable, the temperature in the well furnace is uniform, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1 °C.
- The pit quenching furnace is equipped with automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple. In addition, it can be equipped with a well type tempering furnace and a quenching tank to form a well type heat treatment furnace production line.
