1. The equipment consists of an electric furnace body, a furnace lining, a furnace cover, a heating element, a temperature control cabinet and the like.
2. The furnace body skeleton is welded by a combination of steel and steel plates, and the bottom [10# welding frame, bottom plate 6mm steel plate, outer casing 3mm steel plate, panel 14mm steel plate. Sand groove 8mm steel plate.
3. The lining is made of high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which is made into a module matched with the furnace type by tiling and lamination, and is fixed on the furnace shell by stainless steel round steel. The bottom of the furnace is made of perlite insulation bricks and standard refractory clay bricks. The load-bearing part is made of heavy high-alumina bricks.
4. The furnace cover is welded round by profile steel, and all of them are assembled by refractory aluminum silicate fiber reinforced silk carpet to ensure heat insulation and sealing.
5. The lifting of the furnace cover is carried out by hand.
6. The heating element is made of 0Cr25AL5 alloy resistance tape, processed into a wave shape hanging on the lining cotton, and has high aluminum porcelain nails for positioning.
7. A furnace with a stainless steel plate tightly welded is placed in the furnace.
