Features：

- The annular forging furnace is a continuous heating furnace in which the billet is heated while moving on a ring-shaped rotating hearth. It is suitable for heating all kinds of black and non-ferrous metal ingots, billets and bars.

- The annular forging furnace is suitable for heating materials that cannot be transported by pushing steel and stepping, such as round billets, wheel and wheel stock blanks, billet blanks before die forging, and billets of various varieties and lengths. The disadvantage is that the utilization of the bottom area is low, and the output per unit area of the furnace bottom is usually about 350-400 kg / (m 2 · h).

Features of the ring preheating furnace:

1. The rotational speed of the furnace and the separation distance between the blanks can be accurately controlled, and the temperature of each section can be controlled by adjusting the heat supply and using the intermediate flue as needed. Furnace production, thermal system, etc. have greater flexibility.

2. Due to the gap between the blanks, the three sides are heated, the temperature is uniform, there is no black mark on the water pipe, and the heating quality is good.

3. It is possible to heat the heterogeneous preform which cannot be heated by the push furnace and the step furnace.

4. Compared with the inclined bottom furnace, the billet stays in the furnace for a long time when the round billet is stopped, which is convenient for replacing the billet specifications.

5. The furnace can be emptied to avoid long-term retention in the billet furnace during stop rolling, and it is convenient to replace the blank specifications.

6. Since there is almost no water-cooled parts, the heat consumption is relatively low.
