It saves 25-30% energy consumption compared with the general manufacturer's furnace of the same specification, and saves about 45-50% energy compared with the refractory brick with the same specification.

- The temperature control system adopts multi-zone PID intelligent temperature control method, which can automatically adjust the output power percentage automatically by using the thyristor three-phase zero-crossing method, so that the temperature is completely in accordance with the requirements of the process programming instruction. The temperature control accuracy is 1±1°C, and the uniform space temperature uniformity of the furnace reaches ±3°C, which effectively ensures that the workpiece does not burn, does not melt oxygen, and the ability to ensure the heat treatment qualification rate of the workpiece reaches 100%. All actions are automatically operated, all electrical interlocking, to avoid dangerous hazards, the price is about 20% lower than other domestic manufacturers.
