Features of the shell roaster:
1. The skeleton of the furnace body is welded by various large and medium-sized steels on site, and the outer casing is made of color steel plate, which is beautiful and sturdy.
2. The lining is made of mullite refractory fiber insulation structure, which is about 40% energy saving compared to the brick furnace.
3 The trolley frame is welded by a combination of various large I-beams, channel steel, angle steel and thick steel plates. The trolley drive adopts the combination of electric motor and worm gear reducer to drive the front drive wheel through the chain. The refractory masonry of the trolley adopts a high-aluminum shaped brick structure, which has good sealing effect with the furnace body and high compressive strength. The trolley and the furnace body are sealed by soft contact, and a labyrinth sand sealing groove and a sand sealing knife sealing device are arranged in the lower part of the trolley.
4. The furnace door adopts a side opening type, which is simple and convenient, and the sealing adopts a hand wheel pressing mechanism.
5. Combustion system: Install dozens of small burners on both sides of the furnace, and use a small heat flow with multiple burners to reciprocate in the furnace to ensure uniformity of furnace temperature. The burner is equipped with automatic ignition and instrument control.
6. Smoke exhausting device: a smoke exhausting device is installed at the upper end of the furnace, and an adjustable valve plate is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace.
7. The control system uses simple and practical interlocking control, and the digital display shows temperature and contactor control.
