The structure of the chamber quenching furnace:

- The shell quenching furnace shell is made of GB steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight energy-saving refractory insulation brick. The interlayer is made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton insulation, and the furnace shell and the furnace lining aluminum silicate interlayer are filled with expansion and thermal insulation powder. The electric heating element of the quenching furnace is wound by a high-alloy product 0Cr27Al7Mo2, and is placed on the wire bricks on both sides of the furnace and the bottom of the furnace. The lifting of the furnace door is carried out by electric or hand sprocket. When the furnace door is opened, the circuit breaker protects the power transmission from heating. The thermocouple temperature measuring hole is set on the top of the furnace, and the quenching process and over-temperature protection are controlled with high precision through the microcomputer temperature control system to realize the fully automatic process execution of the box type quenching furnace.
