The structure of the vacuum nitriding furnace:

- The large vacuum nitriding furnace has a depth of up to 15 meters and a diameter of up to 5 meters. The outer casing of the large-scale vacuum nitriding furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. It is divided into multiple layers and supports. The furnace body has high strength to support the processing of ultra-large workpieces and ultra-heavy workpieces.

- The lining is made of ultra-lightweight, high-strength 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving refractory microbead bricks. The outer layer of the lining is sandwiched with high-purity ceramic fibers, and the intercalated expansion and thermal insulation powder is placed between them. The heating element is spirally wound by a high-temperature resistance wire, mounted on the lining of the lining, and a stainless steel vacuum tank is placed in the furnace. A double-headed stainless steel drip chamber is installed on the furnace cover for instillation of methanol, which is easy to operate and has high safety. The furnace cover is provided with a sampling tube, an exhaust pipe, and an input pipe at the upper part of the side wall of the furnace tank for inputting ammonia gas, and the furnace tank and the furnace cover are sealed by water-cooled vacuum rubber and equipped with a compression screw. The exhaust gas in the nitriding furnace is discharged outside the furnace through the exhaust pipe.

5. Retaining all the functions of the original positive pressure nitriding furnace is an upgraded product of the positive pressure nitriding furnace.
