The copper material is heated in the air. Since the furnace gas contains a large amount of O2, CO2 and H2O to oxidize or even burn the surface of the copper material, the controlled atmosphere heating can greatly reduce the oxygen content in the furnace and the content of the oxidizing atmosphere. The copper material is non-oxidized or less oxidized and heated, so that the surface quality of the copper material after annealing is greatly improved, and the pickling process can be removed, which not only saves energy but also improves production efficiency.

Brief introduction of the structure of nitrogen-protected bright copper annealing furnace:

- The protective nitrogen brazing/annealing furnace is a well type vacuum furnace structure, the outer shell is continuously sealed and welded by steel plate and section steel, the furnace lining adopts full fiber furnace lining structure, and the thermal insulation material adopts high-purity ceramic fiber material with the best thermal insulation performance, compared with ordinary silicic acid. Aluminum fiber energy saving 30%. Part of the specification bright annealing furnace adopts composite structure lining, 0.6g/cm3 ultra-light energy-saving refractory material masonry, and aluminum silicate fiber after furnace lining makes the bright annealing furnace warm and good insulation performance, gap filling insulation expansion and thermal insulation powder.

- The furnace is rolled into a circular shape by using 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate or carbon steel plate. It is welded on both sides and tested by X-ray non-destructive testing of the inspection room. The furnace cover is insulated and water-cooled. The furnace and the furnace cover are sealed by a water-cooled vacuum rubber ring, and the furnace and the furnace body are sealed by sand grooves.
