Structure Description:
- This series of 坩埚 melting furnace structure, the furnace shell is made of steel plate and section steel welding. The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight micro-beads and energy-saving refractory bricks. The aluminum silicate fiber cotton is interposed between the furnace and the furnace shell, and the furnace shell and the silicate fiber blanket are filled with expansion and thermal insulation powder. The heating element is spirally wound with 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy wire and installed on the wire brick around the furnace. The top of the furnace is equipped with two rotatable semi-circular furnace lids. The thermocouple is inserted into the furnace from the side, and the crucible melting furnace automatically controls the melting temperature through a fully automatic temperature control cabinet.
