Structure Description:

- The protective Nitrogen pit tempering furnace is mainly made up of a steel plate coil into a well type furnace shell, and the steel body is welded to form a furnace body structure. The furnace lining adopts 0.6g/mm3 ultra-lightweight micro-bead energy-saving refractory brick. The high-purity ceramic fiber insulation cotton is interposed between the furnace lining and the furnace shell, and the gap is filled with expansion and heat preservation powder. It belongs to the ultra-energy-saving furnace lining. Compared with similar products, it saves electricity 30-60. %. The electric heating element adopts the high temperature resistance wire 0Cr25A15; the special wire brick for the upper corner of our factory is used, and the service life of the resistance wire can reach 5 years.

- The vacuum tank of the nitrogen well type tempering furnace is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate or imported high temperature resistant stainless steel plate, which is protected by automatic close welding and is tested by large X-ray inspection room. The furnace cover is made of stainless steel for the inner heat preservation furnace cover. The furnace cover panel and the tank body are sealed by double water-cooled vacuum rubber. The nitriding tempering furnace panel is equipped with a vacuuming interface, a nitrogen atmosphere protection atmosphere interface and a vacuum pressure gauge. The furnace cover and the furnace can be used to drive the entire vacuum nitriding tank out of the natural air cooling or forced cooling of the pool to load and unload the workpiece. In order to improve production efficiency, two vacuum nitriding tanks can be ordered to alternately operate continuously.
