- The aluminum alloy aging furnace of the trolley is mainly composed of a heat preservation furnace body, a furnace door device, a heating system, a hot air circulation system, a trolley device and an electric control system.
- The heat preservation furnace body is an all-metal box-shaped structure welded by two inner and outer steel plates, and the middle is uniformly filled with the acid-aluminum fire-resistant refractory fiber cotton heat preservation to reduce the temperature rise of the furnace wall.
- The furnace door device adopts a manual push-pull split-type furnace door or a pneumatic lift-type furnace door, and the furnace door is pressed by a manual spinning or pneumatic linkage type four-point balance pressing mechanism.
- The heating system can be suitably used for fuel heating or resistance heating using diesel, LNG/natural gas, LPG/liquefied gas or the like.
- In order to ensure uniformity of furnace temperature, a large amount of axial flow or centrifugal hot air circulation fan is arranged on the top or side of the furnace, and the hot air circulation diversion system in the furnace is arranged reasonably, so that the air distribution in the furnace is evenly distributed, and the temperature difference in the furnace is small (± 5 ° C), and the heating rate and heating quality are guaranteed.
- The loading and unloading trolley device adopts a steel frame type welded structure, and the trolley traction mechanism can adopt a self-propelled, chain-type or blunt-wheel traction type.
- The temperature control system uses PID zero-crossing to trigger the thyristor, and the smart meter controls the temperature. It is also equipped with a multi-point paperless recorder to record temperature and over-temperature alarms to ensure that the workpiece does not overheat.
- The mechanical transmission part adopts interlocking control, that is, the ventilator device and the heating element power supply are automatically cut off after the furnace door is opened.
- After the furnace door is closed, the power supply of the fan unit and the heating element can be turned on to prevent malfunction and accidents caused by misoperation.
