Pit vacuum furnace structure:
- It consists of furnace shell steel structure assembly, furnace lining, insulation layer, heating element, stainless steel vacuum tank, inner heat preservation furnace cover, and microcomputer program automatic temperature control system. The outer casing is mainly made of a steel plate coil into a well type furnace shell, and the steel body is welded into a furnace body structure. The furnace lining adopts ultra-lightweight micro-bead energy-saving refractory brick, and the high-purity ceramic fiber insulation cotton is placed between the furnace lining and the furnace shell, which belongs to the ultra-energy-saving furnace lining. The heating element is made of a high temperature resistant wire or a resistor tape. The furnace cover is made of stainless steel and sealed with double water-cooled vacuum rubber. The vacuum tank body is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate and is protected by automatic welding. In use, two vacuum tanks can be alternately and continuously operated to increase production efficiency.
