- The pre-vacuum furnace is mainly made up of a steel plate coil into a well type furnace shell, and the steel body is welded into a furnace body structure. The furnace lining adopts energy-saving composite fiber or all-fiber, which has remarkable energy-saving and power-saving effects. The electric heating element is made of high temperature resistant alloy components and can be used for up to 5 years. The furnace tank is made of imported high temperature resistant stainless steel sheet, and is automatically welded by large X-ray inspection. The furnace cover is made of stainless steel inner heat preservation furnace cover and sealed by double water-cooled vacuum rubber. The vacuum sealed stainless steel fan is installed to make the wind pressure in the tank stable and the temperature uniform. The pre-vacuum furnace can be equipped with a cooling system to extract the hot nitrogen in the furnace and connect the cold nitrogen into the tank rapid cooling circulation system.
- The pre-vacuum furnace panel is equipped with a vacuum port, a protective atmosphere interface, and a vacuum pressure gauge. The pre-vacuum furnace is divided into multi-zone temperature control, multiple microcomputer programs to control the temperature, automatically display the measured furnace temperature, calculate the temperature rise slope temperature value and set value, over-temperature alarm and automatic process curve record, temperature control accuracy soil 1 °C.
