Furnace structure of vacuum sintering furnace:

- The vacuum sintering furnace is mainly made up of a steel plate coil into a well type furnace shell, and the steel body is welded to form a furnace body structure. The furnace lining adopts typical energy-saving composite fiber, saving 30%-60%. The electric heating element adopts the international standard new high temperature resistant resistance element. The vacuum sintering furnace adopts a rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump and a gas diffusion pump to continuously vacuum or be filled with nitrogen for vacuum sintering, bright annealing, tempering, quenching and the like without oxidation heating.

Vacuum tank:

- The vacuum tank is rolled by 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate and protected by automatic close welding. It is tested by large-scale X-ray inspection room in our factory. The furnace cover is made of stainless steel inner heat preservation furnace cover, and the furnace cover panel and the tank body are sealed by a dark double water-cooled vacuum rubber, and the furnace panel is provided with a vacuuming interface, a protective atmosphere interface, and a vacuum pressure gauge. The furnace cover and the furnace can be lifted out by the workshop, and the two real tanks can be continuously operated continuously to improve the production efficiency.
