The mold shell roaster is a gas-bottomed trolley flame furnace. It adopts the characteristics of imported industrial furnace equipment. The shell roasting furnace uses the flame to eject heat upwards, and when it meets the arc top, it rotates to the lower flue to design a discharge design, which effectively controls the uniformity of the furnace temperature and the utilization rate of the heat energy. The furnace is mainly composed of main parts such as furnace door (including furnace lining) furnace door, furnace car, combustion system, smoke exhaust system, sealing, temperature control and recording. The liquefied gas combustion trolley furnace is an advanced energy-saving cycle operation furnace with ultra-energy-saving structure. The trolley adopts anti-collision sealing brick. The furnace door adopts hand wheel and spring type automatic pressing mechanism to automatically seal the trolley and the furnace door. It can be used on a horizontal floor without railing. Mainly used for shell baking, high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel and other quenching, annealing, aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.
1. The skeleton of the furnace body is welded by various large and medium-sized steels on site, and the outer casing is made of color steel plate, which is beautiful and firm.
2. The lining is made of mullite refractory fiber insulation structure, which is about 40% energy saving compared to the brick furnace.
3. The skeleton of the trolley is welded by a combination of various large-sized I-beams, channel steel, angle steel and thick steel plates. The trolley drive adopts the combination of electric motor and worm gear reducer to drive the front drive wheel through the chain. The refractory masonry of the trolley adopts a high-aluminum shaped brick structure, which has good sealing effect with the furnace body and high compressive strength. The trolley and the furnace body are sealed by soft contact, and a labyrinth sand sealing groove and a sand sealing knife sealing device are arranged in the lower part of the trolley.
4. The furnace door adopts the side opening type, which is simple and convenient, and the sealing adopts the hand wheel pressing mechanism.
5. Combustion system: Install dozens of small burners on both sides of the furnace, and use a small heat flow with multiple burners to reciprocate in the furnace to ensure uniformity of furnace temperature. The burner is equipped with automatic ignition and instrument control.
6. Smoke exhaust device: A smoke exhaust device is installed at the upper end of the furnace, and an adjustable valve plate is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure inside the furnace.
6. The control system adopts simple and practical interlocking control, and the digital display shows temperature and contactor control.
