Lining: It is made of heavy-duty high-alumina refractory bricks, lightweight refractory bricks, heat-insulating bricks, etc., and is made into a composite lining. The lining body is equipped with heating elements to install groove-shaped channels, and the collision-prone parts and load-bearing parts are heavy and high. Aluminum refractory brick masonry to enhance the structural strength of the lining.
Wheels: The wheels of the trolley are machined by casting. The drive shaft is made of 45# steel and is tempered. The drive bearings are roller bearings to ensure load requirements.
Furnace bottom plate: It adopts heat-resistant steel castings, and the long-term use temperature is ≤950°C, ensuring no deformation, oxidation or cracking during use. It can prevent the oxide scale of the workpiece from falling off and falling into the heating element mounting groove on the trolley, causing the short circuit to damage the heating element.
Traction mechanism of trolley: The traction force of the trolley is 1 reducer, the sprocket is driven by the reducer, and the sprocket is connected to the gear on the trolley to drive the trolley to move. Both the inlet and outlet are equipped with double insurance limit mechanisms and chain agencies.
Heating element: The trolley is equipped with a corrugated resistance strip as the heating element. The material is made of 0Cr25AL5 high-resistance alloy material, and the power supply of the heating element is connected to the sliding line.
